Acceptable Use Policy

1. No illegal or harmful activity

Users may not use PetTemps to facilitate unlawful conduct, abuse, exploitation, threats, fraud, discrimination in violation of law, harassment, stalking, or any activity that creates unreasonable risk to pets, people, or property.

2. No misrepresentation

Users must not submit false identities, fake locations, misleading pet information, manipulated media, or deceptive availability, pricing, safety, or care claims.

3. Animal welfare requirements

Users must follow applicable animal welfare rules and provide accurate care instructions and health disclosures. Content or conduct indicating neglect, abuse, or dangerous handling may result in immediate account action.

4. Messaging and spam controls

Users may not spam, scrape contact information, mass-message, use automated outreach, or bypass platform controls intended to protect user privacy and host safety.

5. Security and platform integrity

Users may not probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass system controls, authentication mechanisms, rate limits, or moderation rules. Malware distribution and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

6. Intellectual property and content rights

Users may only upload content they have rights to use and share. Infringing, unlawful, defamatory, or rights-violating content may be removed without notice.

7. Enforcement actions

PetTemps may investigate suspected violations and may issue warnings, remove content, block messaging, lock profiles, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve records for legal or safety reasons.

8. Reporting concerns

Users should report suspicious behavior, fraud attempts, abuse concerns, or safety risks promptly through available platform support channels.
